Day Four of the 10 Day Cleanse

It's day four! 

Before Breakfast - Probiotic capsule taken with my spark
Breakfast - Meal Replacement Shake
Snack - cashews and grapes
Lunch - Left over chicken, avocado, and tomatoes from last nights dinner
Mid afternoon - Spark
Snack - clementine 
Dinner - grilled steak and steamed asparagus
Before bed - Herbal Cleanse tablets
